Hello everyone
I am a self employed beauty therapist. I have been in the business for just over 8 years and have built up a large, loyal client base in the premises I rent. My partner and I are discussing starting a family in the near future, so I'm starting to think about what I am going to do with my business? Is anyone else in the same position? What did you do to keep your business going?
Do I employ someone on a part time basis and start getting them ready to cover me whilst I take a few months off? Do I take on someone on a self employed basis?
I'd really appreciate your views/personal experiences
