Semi perm Lash extentions how long do they last?

Looking into getting this in my salon shortly.

In my ellisons catalouge i have 2 brands im considering, Marvel Lash and Hollywood Lashes. Obviously a price difference, as im starting out new i thought id try the cheapest and see how i get on with it, that being Marvel lash.

Marvel Lash says it lasts up to 2 months where as hollywood lashes says lasts the life time of the lash!! a huge difference! why is this??

Semi Permanent Lashes last up to 8 weeks they state but really they last as long as the natural lash so long as they are on correctly. Lashes shed naturally up to 6 - 8 weeks. However you need to have the lashes infilled as with nails. They will fall out at different stages and need filled up again.

I would say no to Marvel lash. I have never tried Hollywood but from what I have read on here they are better than marvel. I use Glam Lash and they are good priced lashes and the training is great priced and very good.

Hi, I see your fairly near me hun, I trained and got my lashes etc from, Cheryl cole lashes, she is in Huntingdon, it was fab training and a really good price. And the products are good. Can really recommend her.

I agree with Beauty4u, its very similar to nail extensions and the client has to come back regularly to have the infills done as the natural cycle of lashes means that the natural lashes fall out and are replaced with a young new lash.

Have a look around salongeek for some advice as there is lots of companies that offer training but make sure you go with an accredited company so that you can get insurance for the treatment afterwards.:hug:

Think what ill do is go for the marvel lash kit, with that being cheap and cheerfull to start with and i might buy some flirties glue as its got good feedback. See how i get on and go from there. Thanks guys. x
