Hello!

I am somewhat new to performing this service, however only my last 3 clients have experienced this on their touch up and I'm wondering if anyone can explain why.

First session is a success, and about 5 days after the second, scab and pigment comes off on parts of brows which appears to be a bald spot. On one lady the pigment did eventually come back, just quite faint. However I have a client who is quite rattled over this, and I cannot work on her skin for another 3 weeks or so.

What am I doing wrong here?

Thanks everyone

This is just the way the body heals... The body will naturally reject some parts of the pigment but it's important to tell clients it takes a full 4 weeks to heal and colour will fade and come back. Tell them it's the 2nd treatment that the colour locks in x

Thank you! But the trouble is this happening on second touch up.

It might be your stretch or pressure.. I always book client in for 3rd appointment as a check up and if any bits kicked out I quickly just fill that area x
