Semi permanent eyelashes damaging?

Hiya I was wondering if semi permanent lashes can damage ur natural lashes at all/pull them out?
And if not is there a specific aftercare u have to follow to avoid damage? Thanks

If you don't have good isolation or you put a too heavy/long extension on the lash then yes you can damage the natural lash.
