Semi permanent hair dye(box dye). Is it damaging?

I mean shop bought/semi permanent box dye. Will it damage my hair if I use it? I’ve just toned my hair and it’s come out a mess. Used wella color touch with 1.9% emulsion for 20 mins. My hair isn’t in great condition from bleaching . And I’ve just used that. So will a semi permanent medium brown make my hair fall out? I’m all out of money to get anything expensive. The pics is now. The light bit was peroxide blonde before. Thanks. I’ve an interview Monday and I need to fix it quick. Thanks guys
