H guys.
Hope you are all well. I am so confused and need your help. For the last few month I'm looking to start offering semi permanent lashes. The problem I have is making the choice. I don't know which brand to go for. I need them to last for very long, that would be my main thing. Do you know what are the longest lasting lashes on the market at the moment? What do you think?
thanks:hug:

Hi,
I have recently looked into this myself and I have settled on Lash perfect as my product source. if you search this forum you will find alot of information here on this subject. Other good brands are: Flirties by wow factor, Hollywood Lashes, Noveou Lashes.Hope this helps with lash perfect the longest length is 15 mm.
Hope this helps

Don't forget that the beauty show is on this weekend in the rds - sun4th mon 5th. I'm sure there will be alot of the lash companies there

i went with flirties and love them! do a search loads of info on here x

Thanks guys. There is so much info in here, maybe too much:lol:. Anyway I will make my mind at the show this weekend.

All semi permanent lashes should last up to 3 months with the correct after care and regular maintenance,
you also need to look at will you get continued support from your trainer or will they just try to sell you another course each time you call with a question,
what marketing material's are available and at what costs, some companies will offer free marketing materials and a free listing on their website, hth

Thanks, there is something to think about

If you want your client's lashes to last long you need to educate them in aftercare and really manage their expectations.

The eyelash has a growth cycle so the client should expect some to fall out by 2-3 weeks, this is when you offer refill service.

I personally never tell my clients it lasts more than 8 weeks. Some lashes may last that long but the perception that lashes will last longer than 8 weeks is not realistic in the sense that it can not be achieved without a refill ! Of course you can have lashes that lasts longer than 8 weeks with refills but clients are not interested in hearing this or it does not register :)

From my experience, a client getting a full set will do one refill session, wait until it all the extensions fall off and then come back for a new full set.

I trained with Nouveau because they have a great brand and marketing. I am registered on their website and have received many new clients from this.

Thanks guys for your help. I think I should go for Nouveau lashes, but the kit is very expensive, so I need to wait till I clear all my bills first.
Thanks again:hug:
