Hi

I was thinking of sending letters to my exsisting clients to thank them for their support and loyalty and maybe offer them a money off voucher.

has anyone done this before? is there anything else you might put into the letter?

Hang on, think this through first!

They already are your clients, so you want to effectively lower your prices. Would it not be wiser to do this letter with a new treatment for them to try instead? That way you remind them where you are, you have something to tell them, and you are not giving away any of your salary.

HI,
There was a good article about this in one of the trade magazines this month. I think it was Spa & Beauty.
If it's a newsletter, don't forget that you've got the price of the paper, printing, envelope, stamp and someone's time for stuffing the envelopes.
Whereas, if it's via e-mail, it's no difference if it's to 20 or 200 clients.
