hi all i offer acrylic,, gel, fiberglass, ami, pedi, waxing, brown and lash tint and perming. no interested in massage havent got the strength, lol, just starting nvq 2 hair in sept though.

One of our biggest sellers is gel colour overlays on toes. It's so easy to do and no extra investment required. People love the results and come back regular as clockwork.

I am looking into reflexology to add to manis & pedis - anyone got any advice??

I hire in a very reputable Reflexologist as I see it as an art. I've had poor reflexology in the past and stumbled upon this woman who is amazing. She is very knowledgable and this what she specialises in. I set clients up for her one day a month and she gives me £5.00 for every client she sees. Actually I do this with a semi permanent make up artist and Botox clinic (which are both far more lucrative) and they too are specialists in their field.
Does any of that make sense? I'm tired!!

My "Other"s incluse: Lash Shaping/tinting, Lash Extensions, Spray Tanning, Waxing, Facials, MAke up, and Hair Extensions

I am primarily a Holistic Therapist. I offer Aromatherapy Massage, Swedish Massage, .. quote]

What on Earth is Swedish massage?!?

I do evrything on the list, plus waxing and mehndi.

Well, I've had candeling done to myself and my dad used to do it all the time as the wax would build up rather fast and give him discomfort. It really is kind of a neat thing and really helps to suck out (vacuum effect) all that gunk inside the ear.

As for me at the salon, I work in an Aveda Lifestyle salon and we are only allowed to use Aveda products (which in my opinion kind of stinks because they don't have a "specific line" for manicuring and pedicuring) But since the theme is all natural, I only do manicures and pedicures. I am also a licensed massage therapist. I was thinking of going back to school to do hair but will have to put that on hold for awhile until I can sum up the funds to cover it (kind of hard right now as the American economy is in the toilet) But anyways, I love what I do (been in the biz almost 20 years) and now just thinking how I can get to do acrylics again and also learn to do gels because I am seeing some totally amazing work and I really miss the creativity of doing enhancements.

Oh my, didn't realize how old this thread is, I must be getting all the old polls as a newbie
