If I add a level 7 demi permanent shadow root to Level 10-11 bleached platinum hair, how do I best return the shadow root to a platinum color after 3-4months? Will it fade out completely in that time...or will I need to bleach/bleach wash the shadow root ( which will now be several inches from the scalp due to new growth) to restore it to platinum?

Can I ask, what's the point if you know you /the client will want to go back to platinum? I'm not sure it'd be worth the hassle

I want the shadow root to eventually be restored to blonde as it grows out. I would then color the new root growth so that it becomes the shadow root. I thought a Demi permanent would be my best bet?

In my experience the root colour at that level doesn’t wash up. I’ve had to bleach it back up.
