Shedding with hair extensions

This may seem like an odd question but I will be fitting nano rings for the first time soon. I am going to do a rotation after 4 weeks initially. How much hair can I expect to have shed in those four weeks. I just want to know what would be a normal amount so I can check wether things are looking good or not
