Should I get a permit even though might not work out ?

Hi geeks, I am ment to be opening my home salon soon in west Yorkshire, but because I live in middle of an estate which is quite rough thinking it will not pull off and thought should I fork out for the permit and be bummed about it of don't get a client at all, it's just a really bad gut instinct I can't pull it all off an don't really want to waste money for a permit that might not even get me any clients. So if you could please give me advice it'll help me decide x

Nothing ventured, nothing gained as the saying goes. At worst you will lose out on the money from the permit, at best it could be a brilliant success.

Or another way of thinking about it: would you rather regret something you have done than something you didn't do. Good luck whatever you decide!
