Should I qualify in hot waxing or strip waxing?

Looking to do a new beauty therapy course to increase my skills and am interested in a waxing course. My local centre does two; one is a hot wax course (bikini, underarm, lip) or a strip wax course (leg, bikini, eyebrows, underarm).
I'm leaning towards the strip course because I figure leg and eyebrow waxing is the most common, but hot waxing seems to be a higher end choice?

Would love to get people's opinions

I would suggest you do both as it's good to be able to use both types of wax on all parts of the body. Start with strip wax and master that and then go back to do the hot wax course for more specialist waxing techniques.

Personally, I would start with the strip wax as you can offer more areas to clients, and then move onto hot waxing. I love hot waxing now, but I can remember when I first trained at college it was the most difficult to learn out of the two methods. (might just be me!!)
I also see hot waxing as a higher end choice, most therapists have an extra cost for using this wax in my area, Norfolk. good luck :)

Thank you both! Great advice - I'll start with strip and then move on to hot when I'm more comfortable
