I was thinking of switching to Sienna X and was wondering has anyone had any bad exp with it? Does it really have no after smell? Could any users post pictures of the tan.

My other question is I bought the Max-Mist HVLP machine and one or two people I have sprayed said it was too powerful and felt like ice on their skin, I have been sprayed myself and I know it can be cold, but could this be something to do with the machine or them exaggerating?

why dont you give them a ring....they will come a do you a free demo and you can see for yourself...they just did that for me and hopefully going for training in the next few weeks

Hi I use sienna x and yes there is a smell but it is a nice smell coconut ish for the 8,10,12,16 and more melony for the .5 solutions. I personally wouldn't say the gun is too powerful i think all spray tans feel very cold when they first go on, I normally have a bit of a joke saying that it gets you to hold everything in lol.
As has already been said if you contact them they will come out and demo for you, all the retail products smell wonderful as well. My clients who have used other brands in the past love the smell of this tan and have commented on how bad others smell.

This is unlikely to be a machine problem.....the best thing is provide a warm room where the client undresses and where the spray tanning takes place.

Even if the solution is at room temperature it can sometimes feel cold on the skin...more a cool weather problem than one experienced in the summer months.

i bought a try me size of sienna from the wholesalers the other day (usually use fake bake) i bought the 8.5 one as the lady said that was more the colour of FB original, so on fri we decided to trial it we did 3 FB spray tans back to back everything fine, emptyed FB out and washed through with water , sprayed water through gun also then added sienna and sprayed it through the gun on to a tissue, when it was getting sprayed onto my body thou it was coming out speckly a bit splattering, it did seem to fade a little bit as it dryed but not fully, we'd left all the settings the same as we had when spraying FB.
Can anybody suggest why this would happen??
I read some earlier posts saying that it was maybe a problem with the .5's
loved the smell thou and i really like the colour so would luv to get to grips with it

Not sure, but I find that the gun quite often has to be adjusted for different solutions, so perhaps one of the solutions is thicker than the other so the needle would need adjusted. Solutions can go a little speckly if you are too close or the gun is set too high.

Hope that makes sense lol it is early in the morning :) xx
