Received my sample pack from Sienna x yesterday and haven't tried it yet but i'm impressed already.
I called on Friday asking for a sample and it was delivered on Monday. Am closed Monday so got it yesterday.
They also enclosed some sachets for their moisturiser, tan extender and exfoliator.
There was a price list for all their products and also lots of information. Their sample bottle was a decent size too!
Had a few samples where they have literally put the sample bottle in a brown padded envelope and that's it.
Oh yeah and they also included a chocolate-yum!
Hope the product lives up to it's reputation. Will be trying it out at the weekend.
Now that's what i call good service!
If anyone else is thinking of trying them then i'd definitely give them a go

I agree with you re customer service! They sent me through lots of bits and bobs, and the feedback Im getting from the 8% has all been positive so far!

Sienna X first on my tan quest and having met with a regional rep I have to say they've really impressed me. Really good products, service and seem to be a really progressive company with a good national PR team behind them - which helps with any local marketing for sure!

But alas if only it were that simple - too many other good uns too!
My quest continues but the bar is high lol!

I have to say Sienna X knocked my socks off. I've been with St. Tropez for a year and a half and to be honest they were rubbish. Sienna X have been fab - I've had SO much positive feedback from my clients - even my hardcore St. Tropez fans!

Also they are launching some new packaging at the Birmingham show - I think cream, gold and black (not sure though) am SOOOOOO excited!

yes I was impressed too but I also had Tantrick samples - one of each solution which is also very impressive, and the tan is the longest lasting i've tried.
I'll be stocking both and let my customers decide x

Sienna really really look after you too so thats something to consider that the aftercare is so good, anything you need they sort straight away and the training is as fabulous..

To be honest when I had the info you had Angelina i just knew i wanted to go with them from the info and reputation alone if that makes sense as I was so impressed there and then but must say I have just had a sample of the Tantrick Max and that was amazing too.. im sticking with Sienna in the main but deffo ordering up some Tantrick Max as i couldnt fault that either..xx
