Hi,

Does anyone know where I can buy a cheap silk nails set (that includes everything I would need to do silk) Preferably a cheaper one rather than the most expensive!
Any help would be greatly appreciated :)
Thanks

Im sorry honey but there is a reson for things having price tags.even if it is for learning with the cheepest possable can really hold you back , giving you all sorts of problems in the begining that are unessasery ,Im not trying to be mean at all , I made these mistakes my self so did many others and ended up paying pritty much twice to get quality results your have to use quality products, thats just my take on it.
what silk system did you train with? some have spray activaters some are brush on , some need a brush cleaner , ect so its hard to know what one to sugest ,

Thanks for you reply, I'm not saying it has to be the cheapest, but I refuse to buy the most expensive stuff out there whilst I'm only practising and not charging people. All I'm after is a reasonably priced starter kit. We are training with millennium and using spray activators.

The problem with training/practising with one brand and then wanting to graduate to better quality products later on is that every brand is somewhat different to use. You would need to go back to basics to get the hang of another brand and to be able to purchase high end ranges almost always necessitates being trained by that particular company, anyway. The products and how you work with them are not exactly the same.

Another point to bear in mind is that you're usually talking a possible saving of pennies per set between high end brands and the rest. The real difference is in the quality, not the price! In the nicest possible way, I really would suggest you do your research and go with the best from the outset.

Do a search on here, see what others have to say about the various brands and take it from there. Don't pay/learn twice. Get it right first time! Good luck. :)
