My personal toner cocktail, i call it steel silver.

12/61 (15ml) + 12/81 (15ml) + 60 ml of pastel or 3%. Leave to develop for 5-10 mins, and shampoo the hair if the hair has grabbed a bit too much, one shampoo will do and then conditon as normal.

Ammonia!!!!!!

I don't tone with 12 series. But did try 10/16 and 10/8, but didn't work, was too clean, I did have some pale yellow so that why I used 10/16 with mix..

Thought about 10/8 alone, if theres not enough tone thought adding 1cm of special mix, either /81 or /88. Thoughts please!!!

CoUld you not use 10/81 colour fresh? Or would this not be enough? I find it goes a bit blue when left on too long from past experience lol.

I used 0/86 I think in colour fresh, it's a silver toner but grabbed blue in places

It's 0/81 not 0/86! Dunno where I got the /86 from lol

Don't stock colour fresh, tried 10/8 on an extension, ok but no blue tinge, but her hair is fine so some blue may come through.
If she wants it more blue will mix /88 in.
