Hi Guys How Would You Get Someones hair really silver ash blonde

You would need to bleach the hair to a pale, creamy blonde. Then apply an ash toner. I like Schwartzkopf steel blue in the blondeme range. I would then maintain this with a purple/blue shampoo.
