Yesterday I had a client with natural white hair at the roots and blonde hair on the ends (she is growing her colour out) the blonde ends had gone a bit brassy so I decided to wash her hair in a silver shampoo only the silver shampoo grabbed at her roots and went really purple! I tried washing her hair 5 times to get it out with ordinary shampoo but she left with still a purple tinge to her roots it just wouldn’t come out... can anybody recommend how to get this out as I want to ensure this never happens again! tia

mix bleach powder, water and shampoo together in a bowl and apply - it should lift out after 5-10 mins

dont use bleach to lift it out. instead use a detox shampoo

Clarifying /deep cleansing shampoo will be enough to break down toning shampoo, leave it on for up to a minute
