hi just wondered if anyone has or knows where i can get some diagrams of skeleton and muscles involved in indian head massage ( basically upper back head and face). it because i am teaching a small indian head course next week and wanted just simple rather than full skeletons
thanks if anyone can help

Hi Zoe,

Have you tried google for the outline shape and then draw in the muscles etc that you require, then scan back into the computer and print out? This is what I did recently when I wanted a simplified A&P picture of a nail for a handout I produced for some students...it worked well and didn't look 'homemade' (if you know what I mean)..
Also there is a fab A&P colouring book available that I have sometimes used for outline shapes and adapted to suit my needs...don't forget copyright though :)rolleyes: ha ha!)
Hope you manage to get sorted babes..

Not sure how practical it would be for indian head massage, but some people have found drawing the muscles etc onto a volunteer model (e.g. with an eyeliner pencil or a washable marker pen) to be a useful way of teaching A&P (in conjunction with the more traditional diagrams on paper of course).

I am doing my exams for this course at the moment.
My tutor is Mary Dalgleish and has written books on ihm. There are diagrams in there of muscles and bones. Very simple and easy to learn. She sells them on amazon and for what it is, it is really cheap.
She photo copies a lot of her class work from this book.
Dont know if that helps you hun xxx

oh thanks for all your help guys. will get the scanner out and get a bit creative
