Skin Hair and Nails Supplements

Hello everyone,
Im not sure if im posting in the right section here but i am wondering if anyone can recommend me a good skin hair and nails supplement?
I currently take something called 'acnease' to try and clear my skin but i would ideally like to take something that helps clear skin but is also good for thickening hair up etc and improving the condition? I have tried various things in tha past few years (e.g perfectil) but nothing has ever seemed to make much difference.
Sorry if i have posted this in wrong area as i know its more of a general question.

The only thing I know about these supplements is from when my sister took them, yes her nails grew quicker but so did her hair and not just the hair on her head, she said she felt like a monkey and was always shaving. She may have got hers from holland & barratt or a chinese herbalist im not sure which one
