Hi everyone, the usual problem of looking at far too many companies and I now feel a bit overwhelmed with it all. I'm looking at Karen Herzog amongst many others for our little salon here in Marlow...anyone had any previous experience with them?

We have a meeting tomorrow with Yon-ka who are one of our favourites so far too, but we just got some info from Karen Herzog, and the brand looks lovely, it just seems quite pricey. Is it worth paying the extra (£3000) or so...is it really going to be that stand-out and worthy of the extra money? I'm not sure we can even afford it, so it would have to be absolutely bloody fantastic to be honest to get us to fork out.

We have also recently come on Swissdermyl, got some samples through today, and whilst everything looks a bit old fashioned and in need of a marketing team brushing things up a bit, the actual concept seems awesome. Great results driven skincare, similar to environ DMK and all those brands I guess? Anyway, the mask approach to facials also takes our fancy, but just not quite sure how to implement it all....

Do we need to just stick with one brand? Or is it better to have 2, a results driven brand such as DMK or Swissdermyl, alongside a luxury, indulgent, pampering (aromtherapy) brand such as Yon-ka ? I'm definately feeling that the second option will suit us well, especialy with the salon being in an affluent area, but just have been told by more than one company that working with more than one beauty company can cause confusion. I think it's just sales spiel tho :D

Also...we are not getting a great deal of bookings on our new St Tropez Ultimate Air...need to promote it more, is there any way of getting a st tropez sign that we can get outside the shop to catch the eye of the passing traffic? Thanks everyone as always live it love it

I use SwissDermyl with amazing results, and I would encourage people to not dismiss them because of the packaging, even though I agree it doesn't look as contemporary as it might.
The new pots for SwissDermyl are much improved on the old ones - have you had a chance to see them?
I'm just about to offer Spiezia as an aromatherapy based, holistic facial range. I'm being trained on it next week and will give feedback once it's complete.
