I have been doing Eve Taylor facials on a client for about a year & a half now and i just don’t know what more i can do or what it could be. She has a group of hard different size lumps under the skin on either side of her chin. They aren’t getting any bigger or smaller, they aren’t sore or red and if you looked at her you can’t see them. We have tried exfoliating more than usual, we have done steam and extracts on a number of occasions but nothing comes out and there is no difference. I don’t want to do something that may irritate the area and make things worse.
Please help its driving me crazy. She said that they only came up a couple of years ago.

It sounds like they may be something that won’t change with facials but need a more specialist approach like advanced electrolysis etc. But it’s hard to know without seeing them.

Thank you Vic i think your right. Its just going to be a little tricky on what she can have done as she is on HRT

You may find that advanced electrolysis can help with them if they’re not painful. I treat similar with peels usually with good results but they may need more intervention.

They look a little like milia to me. Unripe. Hard to say for sure without seeing them x

Hi - These are more likely to be sebaceous hyperplasia or closed comedones. The picture needs higher definition to see correctly. The chin is very pitted and scarred and will have a higher proportion of oil glands here. It is worth her visiting an advanced electrolygist.
