Are we the only ones who found a coating of snow this morning...a good inch at least.
My son thought it was Christmas, bless him he's only 4 :green:, he thought it was great, and made me walk to school with him!!
Bleugh, I dont mind snow, if I can stay inside with the heating on, in my jimjams all cosy in front of the tele. Not when I have jobs to do and things to be getting on with!!
Very pretty though before the kids get their feet into it!!

Hi Angie...were near you and also woke up to a white blanket covering the countryside...it was a biot confusing as the previous days have been clear weather...thought I had slept in for a couple of months.

My wife also thought it was Christmas...and she is old enough to know betterperhaps she was just after an early crissie pressie:lol::lol:

Well, unless you count my birthday this year (which was in APRIL!!!) I've never had snow on my birthday

Like you hunny, I only like snow if I don't have to go anywhere, see anyone, do anything and can just lol in front of the tv with my jimjams on :green:

We have the darned white stuff to and to top that it was so frosty it has made everything slippery:irked:
It is snowing here at the moment getting heavier but the min sadly I have to drive 45 miles tonight to college then head back again at 9.30pm so I am praying it stops very soon:cry:

Am so jealous..I lurve snow...I guess because its once in a blue moon we actually get any.. mind you I dont like the fact that when we get snow (even enough to make a footprint) down here everything grinds to a stand still, people start panick buying bread and milk...actually in hindsight...keep the snow lol

Apparently we are getting snow tomorrow...
I really hope so because the kids are off school half term, so we can go and play....

Snow?!! I can't believe it We've had glorious sunshine for most of the day but I have to say it is freezing. I only love the snow when I have nowhere to go...then I can sit and watch it fall from the comfort of my own home :green:

Its so funny the way the first snow is so exciting.I rang my husband, in shephards bush, to tell him , then my mum in Hertford to say ''look out the window'' ,she rang my sister, my daughters boyfriend rang his mates, her mates rang her, my sons friends have been round to ask him out in the cold and dark and its not even that deep.
Then if its here for more than a day we are sick of it and want it to go away :lol:

I hate snow. I have a SUMMER car!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It skids in snow!!!
I hate cold, wet, damp, sludge.
And so does my bunny..he's not happy he keeps thumping his hutch to come in!!
He's not because he smells...obviously..he's a rabbit He may be cold but there are rules.:lol:

I don't live in Scotland but in South East England and it started snowing quite heavily last night at around 7pm. Have woken this mornig to the fields opposite and our garden being covered in snow. In the morning sunshine the roof tops of surrounding houses look gorgeous all covered in snow ....... but it is only October.
