Hi geeks so I'm now working yayyyyy not doing anything to do with nails or hair but it's full time and I love it.

Anyway so now that I'm working I have decided that around christams time maybe sooner if I fined a suitable one to get our Gary a play mate and a new addition to our family dog/puppy but this time we will re home from battesea or such likes.

I always look on there sites lol. It's so sad and I feel I would love to re home.Thing is nearly every dog on battesea is either they can't live with children or can't live with dogs it's so upsetting. What have these previous owners done to these poor dogs it's heartbreaking. No socialisation, badly treated and then people like us can't rehome there are so so many pups that need a home and it make me so angry

Sorry just had to rant xxx

i know where your coming from! i am a massive dog lover, my mum rescues greyhounds and lurchers and is very in touch with loads of rescues. also my friend fosters staffies which then are children, cat and dog friendly. what type of dog are you looking for?

Colleen, let me know nearer the time and I could almost certainly find you a rescue that would love to live with children and Gary. Well done for deciding to adopt rather than buy.

Just to say that my dog or a potential new one arnt at home along while I'm working my oh is there lol.

It is such a shame isn't it very very sad.I have a bullmastiff he's 1 and a half lovely boy had the chop to.Im not after anything in perticular to be honest just that special one if you know what I mean.I would like a robust chap or lass because o have a big dog but not quite the size of my boy lol.But then again if I saw a big dog that was in need it would be hard to say no lol.

XX

I just fined it a real shame it really upsets me when I look through all the sites and there are literally thousands of pups needing homes but so many are unsuitable for our home

I know exactly what you mean, I often think of you when I see a biggish dog in need of a "Fur-ever" home as I know how much you love your Gary. I find being a big dog owner myself that not many dog owners would let their dogs play with mine as they were afraid he might hurt them being so large. We got a lovely rescue boy for him and they are fast friends and never alone now when we need to leave them at home. Gary would probably love having his own dog bff. PM me with your contact info and I will let you know as and when any suitable baby crosses my radar.

Yes this is exactly it isn't it.we would love for Gary to have a friend I think it would be great for him and he's so gentle so he would be ok with any dog any size or sex as he has had the snip so he wouldn't be pestering them all the time so to speak.I'll pm you when I get back from work XX
