It’s an interesting case but won’t necessarily provide a precedent as sex discrimination laws vary around the world.
Also, the woman’s daughter has a bob haircut. They’re not easy to do at all unless you know the correct technique and have plenty of practice.

In the UK, chances are his insurer wouldn’t cover him if he wasn’t qualified in cutting women’s hair.

Presumably, she’d expect him to also clipper cut her poodle’s hair because he uses clippers?

I think she’s just making a fool of herself.
When you’re trying to make a reputation for yourself as a badass lawyer, you’re meant to fight for the underdog as in a David v Goliath campaign. In this case, she’s targeting a small business which is more likely to engender sympathy for the Barber.

It's confusing because it says at the end all she wanted was her to shave the undercut, and that he never said he wasn't qualified to cut women's hair.

I personally think if you only like doing men's hair, then you have the right to only do men's hair and recommend someone else to do women's hair.

The same as some women don't have confidence cutting men's hair, it's not sexist it's just fear of the haircut!

But if it is just the undercut then I can see why she is upset.

Prob due to the fact that barbers are cheaper then going to ladies hair stylists .
Which is now making this woman into a bigger clown. Shame she must be really bored
