ive just gone to a networing i site i put my monthly promos..
and we have quite a few recommendations there..
my ex- staff has put a notice there saying something about our service i cant see the first part. but i just saw the part were she is saying about not going again etc.
and there are a few responses saying that maybe our recommendations were fake etc..
i cant reply to it as it could make it worse..:cry:
im so upset what would be the best course of action to take..to get our reputation back?
we get quite a few people from there and i dont know what to do..
its been hard work just getting people in.. this is so low een for her..
i just know its her as its no-one who has ever come in to our shop..
