i've recently started using the lechat nobility soak of colours. which i'm really pleased with. only thing is theydon't seem to come off that easily. i'm used to using calgel which soaks off in ten mins. what could i be doing wrong, i'm filing off the top shiny layer then soaking for ages, but i find i'm still having to do alot of filing to get them off.

That's strange!.. I've used le Chat and it soaks off like a dream (usually about 5 to 10 mins)

What are you using to soak them?

i used the nobility remover, also tried acetone, which didn't work very well either

Yes I've used both of those solutions too and both worked great. I use the Sonic Touch remover and not the foil method, as I find it much much quicker (I only use foil if I'm soaking one or two nails)

I use Bio Sculpture too and found the Nobility soaks quicker than the Bio

if you are using the top coat in the red bottle you need to be meticulous about filing it off as it is very resistant to solvents and the remover will not be able to penetrate easily.

maybe i'm not taking the red bottled top coat off enough,
do i need to use a top coat over the nobility gel? (i use it when i use tips and overlays)

you can use the clear nobilty gel as a topcoat.

you can use the top gel from the powder gel range if you want added shine and strength.

you can use a polish top coat like lechats 'top secret'
