Hi all, A couple of days ago I darkened the roots of a friends full head of highlighted hair, she's been having highlights for years and base is an ashy 7/8, I used 8.31 and 8 richesse, which came out nice

I am going to add a couple of bleach highlights at the front of her parting just to lighten round her face, but want it to look soft and slightly grown out as opposed to close to the root.

Do you think backcombing the weave of hair then applying the bleach an inch away from root in a foil would be best to soften the line?

Thanks x

I'd just balayage it
