:)I'm starting back in doing nails again after 16 years and alot has changed for the better in the industry. I used Solar Nails in the 80's which i believe was by Creative nails. Now its called Cnd. My question is to the educators. Did Solar Nails once have MMa in it when it first came out (not knowing then how bad it is.) I also used OPI same question for that company, some Nail Techs used Porcelain. Also how many treads can i do in a month. I do look to see if it has already been decussed on other treads from the past, didn't see this one, or the next one i have.:)

Solarnail did not utilize MMA :) And nails back then in GENERAL, were sometimes referred to as porcelain nails. Solarnail was introduced in 1979 by CND, and is the original cross linking liquid and powder system. Its production has been discontinued, and now we have Retention+, Moxie, and Radical. All are outstanding products, and the education focuses on a nail customized to the individual, and caring for the health of the natural nail. :)

Thanks, good to know since i used it for many years. Do you know why the asian suppliers in my area(Michigan USA )is still selling solar nail. Isn't it out dated by now and subject to product break down and can harm their customers?

You bet your bottom dollar! If they have it, it's black market, and likely not even really Solarnail anyway. And that type of situation is everywhere, and not likely to change at this very moment in our history. There are bigger fish to fry ;)
Best bet is to focus on our own business, education, and educating our customers :)
