Solar Oil and nail polish?

I've searched the forums for the answer, but came up with many varied opinions.

Does Solar Oil penetrate nail polish? I know it penetrates Brisa gel, but didn't think to ask the trainer if it goes through varnish. I'd like to be sure before I tell clients that it does.

What about nail varnish on natural nails? Does it get through or does it just help around the edges and cuticle?

Nail polish is far more porous than Brisa so yes it will penetrate nail polish, on both enhancements and NN, infact CND do Solar Speed Spray which you spray over polished nails to help them dry quicker.

thanks for your quick response. I thought that was the case but wanted to be sure. I might look into the Speed Spray too.

Polish lasts so much longer if clients use Solar Oil every day.

Solar Oil keeps the polish moisturized and 'plastic' so that chipping is rare on natural nails.

Of course solar Oil also conditions the skin around the nails as well as the nails/enhancements.
