I got an email this morning from Nails, Nail Art - BEAUTY FOR NAILS - Supplier of Nails, Nail Art, Salon Beauty Supplies saying they are getting stock for solar oil if anyone needs to place an order.

To this extend we have acquired stocks of certain Creative Nail Design products. Namely Solar Oil.

Our stock is due in by Friday 17th August 2007

Solar Oil is available for a back order purchase right now. So order today to avoid disappointment. As stock is very limited and we are not able to guarantee stock replenishment before Christmas.

There was another thread about this yesterday, and pointed out this is a retail site selling Solar Oil at retail prices.
Not much profit in it for a Tech who normally buys it wholesale to retail to her clients.http://www.salongeek.com/nail-geek/58536-solar-oil-beauty-nails.html

You definitely would be better to wait and get stocks from all the OSNS who will have stock within the week.
