i have just finshed college, i was thinking of renting a table, so i made some enquires, she wants to charge me £30 per day, i also have to use my own products and get my own insurance as well as my own clientsas i have none at the moment, to be honest im not to sure if i am being ripped off, can any one advise me.:rolleyes:
 
Sounds really expensive to me. I wouldn't go for it on that basis........

Sounds a bit expensive to me too especially as you are charging training rates.....is this in a top end City Centre salon as they are wanting £150 for a 5 day week.

If I were you and I was a few years ago, I'd get on with your practicing and when you're ready, start approaching the salons where you feel you would like to rent some space from and take it from there.

Having your own insurance is paramount when self-employed, so they're right on that one, but they don't seem to be giving much away for their £30 per day!
