Soo upset! - Lashes snapping

Arghhhh!
Been doing lashes using Marvel Lash. Now once I'd done the course, I started researching (wrong way round - I know!) I gathered that Marvel Lash weren't the best as the training quality was quite poor. Anyway I gained the qualification and then sort of self taught, mostly from asking questions on here. Anyway, I'd been doing lashes and everyone was happy with them, but I'm gettng hardly any infill requests. I put this down to people getting them as a one off thing as they were advatised for £25 buy my boss has told my mum (not me!) that the lashes are crap and just snap, they don't fall off - they just snap. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO DO ANYTHING IF NO ONE TELLS ME?! Arghhhh! Apologies for the complete rant here but has anyone ever experienced snapping?!

I plan to get an order on tonight for glam lash lashes! Xx

Awww! I cant really offer any advice as I dont do eyelashes, but perhaps offer the customers who had ur old ones another application free of charge with the new ones? Hope u get it sorted x

None of my customers have actually complained so I don't need to yet.

Without seeing these lashes I don't know how you can do anything or think anything until you see these lashes. I wouldn't worry until you can actually witness what has happened first hand.

hiya , i also trained well if you can call it that.... Marvel when trained i sorta did the same looked around for better as the marvel glue..( IN MY OPPINION MARVEL GEEKS ) is erm crap!!!! i found a company eyelash emporium in pinewood studios that have a much better glue.. But snapping. i can only guess that this was on the removal... i took a set of lashes off someone else did .. so not sure what the glue was ?? that snapped.... and pulled some lashes off . i had to use the gel remover and soak them off for 30 min.... then they wiped off:o but i do infills with the new glue all the time . i mix n match the lashes and ye i still use the marvel as i have a tub 7mm for inner lash and dont want to waste.. I also am going to try some new lashes tho im awaiting a sample from a company on here ??? still waiting lol... so guess emporium still get my business .. dont give up.. and make sure you leave a space for the glue to dry then move back to the space... take your time even if it takes ages. just get comfidence back.... also ytube have a few vids on how to apply xx
