Hello everyone-
I am very very new to the spa world and I recently received an amazing job offer that i just could not pass up. I am now trying to learn as much as I can from the spa community to help me along my journey. I have only a little of information and ANY AND ALL advice would be greatly appreciated. I would like to know the most popular facials offered, how much they typically run in a high end plastic surgeon type of setting, the girls will be working on commission base....do salons usually provide their girls with the products or they they provide their own, how does commission work, what other services should we offer... what types of peels do they offer...pretty much i just need a run down to present to my employer. Like what does this GIG involve....how do i sell it to the people I want to hire. Please Please help me.....thanks in advance
