myself and 2 friends went for a spa day today, and i was horrified when it came to lunch we were asked to walk thru a room with workmen cementing a floor and laying a carpet step over tool boxes and carpet grippers on the stairs.. we were in robes so apart from a health and safety issue it was embarrassing.
i have sent an email of complaint but i was shocked!!
