speedbond hard?

Hi

I have just bought some Speedbond from my local supplier. I have opended it - it is rock hard - not one drop of glue to be had!

I have inserted the pin as stated and tried to get some out - but nothing is coming!

Obviously I will take it back and get it changed but has anyone else had this problem? Is it something i'm not doing right?:cry:

I had 2 like that from a local supplier ......They must have been like that when i bought them, pk of 5...

I had one like it too which came in my Foundation pack. I contact SS and sent it back but haven't had a replacement.

I sent back a Gelbond and another time a Solar Balm and received replacements from S2 no problems at all.

If you didn't hear from them I'd give them a call as they are always super helpful :hug:
