Spray booth ventilation

Can anyone tell me legall requirements for spray tan booth ventilation, I currently have a extractor fan built in the ceiling with ducting leading out to a filter in an out building.
My Beautican has informed me that I need a mobile extractor fan to meet legal requirements being enforced in the future ? Can anyone shed some light ? Who can I contact for factual information
