Hi i have received my replacement spray tan machine for hvlp spray tan machine, very pleased. The noise isnot screeching anymore sound like a hoover now lol :)

The spray gun does alot of over spray. I was wondering where i could get a spray gun uprgade from, this may be better and spray better.

Could anyone please advise a website that sell spray gun for this model.

Thanks x

Jen

Have you tried turning the gun dial down for less spray?

Is it a piggy? sorry I have no idea what model the piggy is lol xx

HVLP 200 was my replacement, Yes i have changed dial serveral times, seams to be alot spraying out, set it to low as i have just finished my training. Even at low dial still seams to be alot spraying out.

try turning dial down so nothing is coming out, then spraying on a bit couch roll very slowly and just a smidgem at a time turn it up till you are getting a fine spray that is covering the front but is not making the back sheet wet (2 ply couch roll :D) hth xx

Thank you sarah will try couch roll, adjust settings. See how things go.

I bought a spray gun from Nouvatan and it fits my little piggy really well even though its not made for this machine

I thought you originally had the 5008? Am I wrong in thinking this?

I have the 5008 and the gun that came with it (from Nouvatan) is top notch. No complaints. xx

Just had the same problem, got alarge cardboard box, turned the gun right down the slowly increased it so just a little was coming out and practised on the cardboard so its at a good setting now and hopfully wont be using as much soloution and not as much overspray have a couple of clients later on this evening shall let know after how got on!x

Yep it was hvlp 5008 it was replaced with a different model. got my first client on Friday, hopefully get gun sorted lol

i had that problem too at 1st i was over spraying lol but tightened the gun up and all is hunky dorey now :) xx

when I tried this machine I found that I used a lot more solution than with the T200 no matter how much I turned dial down! I went back to T200 :D
