Hi all, I have a client who wants a spray tan and cluster lashes. Is this ok to do on the same day? I am assuming if so I would do the lashes first but would the tan affect the lashes? Would I be better to recommend she comes the day after having the tan for the lashes?

Thanks x

i'm not sure what brand of tan solution you use but at my tan training for sienna the trainer made a point of telling us that it can be used for people with lash extensions as there was no oil in it. the best thing to do would be to get in touch with the brand you use and ask their advice. i personally would do lashes and then spray tanning simply because with lashes you have to put some pressure on your client and the last thing you would want would be for your tan to be rubbed away by you leaning on the client/leaning on the tissue on the clients forehead or making the clients skin sweaty/tacky from you leaning on it. especially in this weather. i'm sure though somebody who is far more experienced than me will come along soon and give you a definite answer :) x

Yes it's fine I offer this as a special package in fact and it's very popular. Yes do the lashes first and then the tan but obviously make sure that the glue has fully dried first.
