Spray tan grab?

I get tan grab on moles and sunspots on my hands and also a client has mentioned this, she said she doesnt like they way the tan makes her moles and sun spots stand out, is there anything I can do/suggest for this? maybe a dab of barrier cream?

Some moisturiser on a Q tip and dab it lightly on the moles...that should help
