Spray tan help

Hi!
Iv been doing spray tans for a few years now with no problems, I done a girls tan yesterday she went really dark after the 8 hours and she’s washed it of as directed but it’s not stuck, her feet and arms have slightly tanned but nothing else, iv never had this before does anyone know why this would happen? I used crazy angel 6% with 6 take me higher drops.x

6% is really really light. You need to add about 10 drops per 50ml to move the solution up 1%.xx

She’s really pale and she usually gets the 6% with a few drops and she tans well I just don’t know why it’s not worked this time she’s still as pale as ever apart from the feet and arms, she’s coming back tonight to get resprayed x
