was just wondering how long it took you girls to make a profit from you tanning kits.
I.e sienna x has a starter kit for £*** and the profits are around £**** but how long would that take in your experiences.

That depends on your training, how your machines set (quantity of tan used per client), how much you charge & how good you are at getting clients.

I would say most people pay their kit back within 8 weeks.

Market your business well get as many tan parties booked in and charge a decent price and you will soon achieve this back.

Google - great invention lol! We are based in Manchester but we offer one to one training and ongoing support forever and ever! Although we find after a month or two you don't need us anymore.

i got 2 litres with my kit and its got the same in it as the sienax kit a hvlp machine and the sylight pop up tent its paid for itself in less than a month i charge £20 for singles and £30 for 2 people already done one girl 3 times i am getting 16 tans from a litre have a look here www.nouvatan.co.uk

I ordered mine from the La Tanning company - LA Tanning | Spray Tanning Solutions, Spray Tanning Machines, Spray Tanning Booths, Spray Tanning
they've a special where ya get 3litres of tan, pop up tent and hvlp 5008 for £***. Hasn't arrived yet because its coming to Ireland but I can let you know what its like if you want! looks quite good though!:lol:

yeh abbi let me know how you got on, right im on ebay tonight to make me some money to invest in tanning me thinks iv already got people saying they'll hold parties.

Unfortunately this is a bit of a how long is a piece of string question as there are so many variants...how much solution you use post training and before you start charging customers and of course what is your charge out cost going to be,how aggressive your marketing is I.E. are you starting from scratch or are you already offering an alternative treatment where buy you can tap into existing customers through to how much competition there is in your area.etc etc

Either way with the what are extremely low set up costs for establishing this type of business the return on your investment is generally speaking,compared to other businesses VERY QUICK indeed.

My profit on a 1 litre bottle averages at about £***+ hth

Sorry Angie, i will rephrase that, i get around 30 tans from 1 litre hth

Steph in stoke howcome your only getting 16 tans to a litre, i was told that nouvatan 1 litre bottles do 20 to 25 tans i know it change's with what machine you use etc but 16 is a lot less.

you can get 20 to 25 tans a litre from our stuff depending on the size of the client!! and how good your technique is when steff posted this she was only just starting out most people find as they perfect there technique they get more tans per litre HTH
