Hi eveyone,
I'm new to this site and i'v just done my spray tanning training last month, i've got a bit of a problem which i hope some one can help me with, I'm super confident spraying the body,face,legs,hands and feet and have done about seven practice tans, but just cant get the inside of the arms right, i keep getting the awful cut off mark at the wrist area,I'v spoken to my sienna x trainer and she's told me to pull away before i get to the wrist area(easier said than done) i so want to be good at this how can something so simple be so hard to master,anyway i'm turning to you for Help!!!!! because i feel like giving up.

Look your doing a grand job...when starting off everyone has certain areas that really they cant get to grips with.

Your trainer is right :hug:

Face the fear and practice practice on those arms until your blue in the face...it will just click one day and you will wonder what the heck that was all about.

Keep up the good work you will most certainly get there in the end :hug:

if you pull away slowly it blends better than to keep going and then suddenly stop. i personally do the arms first because i dont want my clients to put their arms down and then touch other damp solution such as arm to body. everybody is taught diff but collin is right and so is your trainer. i do agree the arms are harder than rest of body as so many ways to turn arm etc but it does make sense, i would say pull up as thats how i tan or pull further back.

good luck with the tanning though xxx

Hiya I was the very same as you when I first started I used to panic and worry myself sick about the arms I could never seem to get the hang of pulling away with out stopping too short and leaving a stupid white patch. I then started spraying away as I got near the wrist like an upside down Y and I finally mastered it . Tonilee has a tutorial that I found very useful when I started.

Good luck with it:lol::lol:
