Sorry if this seems a dumb question but, I have a client booked in for a half body tan next thursday and is getting married on saturday.
Today she rang to say she is having a body massage done on friday evening, the therapist uses grapeseed oil so I assume this will strip the tan? :irked:

Yep, spray tan and oil (as im sure you know) is never a good combination.
The only thing you could do, is test run the tan on her before next week (if you havent sprayed her before) and if everything is ok, you could spray her on the morning of her wedding-assuming shes getting married in the afternoon and it will be fine. Alternatively, she needs to skip one or the other.

Mineral Oils are bad for spray tan as they do strip skin, but many of the natural oils are fine. Even the lightest of moisturisers will contain a small amount of oil.

What will exfoliate the skin is the massage itself as it causes friction.

Sell her a tan extender to use the next day to 'top up' the tan you did.
