Hi everyone,

I have just found out that I am nearly six weeks pregnant and just wondered if I am ok to continue spray tanning. Should I be wearing a mask?

Also does anyone get much business on a saturday for spray tans. I am mobile and dont get any saturday mornings but I was thinking of getting a room in hairdressers or local gym on a saturday. Do you think this will be worthwhile??

Not sure about the pregnancy question but I would imagine you will be fine. Contact your supplier though.

Last week we had.....one tan on thurs, 2 on fri and 4 on saturday. I guess it just depends what your clients are doing!!

Yes you should be wearing a mask and make sure you have adequate ventilation. You could also try some sniffits to place in your nose.
I do 25-30 tans a week and the majority of these i do on a Thursday and Friday. I get the odd ones on a Saturday but i would say that Saturday is definitely my quietest day for spray tans.

Wow you do a lot...are you mobile or salon based? I am doing about 12 a week mobile.

I will definitely start wearing a mask then and look to buy some sniffits.

thanks x

I would agree for you to wear a mask when spraying.
I am mobile and although I have the odd few on Mon, Tues, Wed, most of my tans are also on Thurs and Fri as most people are wanting it for Fri and Sat nights.

I'm salon based. Late afternoons are also busier than in the day. Friday I have about 12 spray tans in but 9 of those are between 4.30 and 7 o'clock.
A lot of my clients like to come straight after work so i'm usually busy Thurs and Fri evenings.

I'm the same as Angela. I do alot of spray tanning every week. My busiest days are Thursday, Friday and sunday the majority of mine are 4pm and after, as people are getting home from work, i do very few on a saturday but i do, do alot on Sundays as people like them ready for the week ahead. I am also mobile.
