Squeezing it all in your holdall!!

Hiya Everyone,

Probably a daft question but this is the place to ask

I have a Tantrick holdall (I think it is small! lol)

I find I can't fit everything in when I'm out and about tanning my family (Im training still)

In the middle bit I put the machine, a black towel and the sticky feet.
On one side pocket I put the solution, moisturiser, vaseline (for lips), spare container and in the other pocket on the other side I put baby wipes (incase client wants feet wiping after sticky feet or wiping moisturiser off etc), disposable thongs, gloves for me, hair nets and a black flannel for buffing incase I get overspray.

After all this is in I cant get the gun in lol so been carrying it in my hand separately...Been thinking though not sure if I actually want it in my holdall anyway incase I knock the nozzle thing lol that loosens and tightens it!

Anyone else have same prob? Do you put your gun in a little bag separately? Or am I a total idiot lol lol :lol:

The nozzle statement should not be an issue, you should be testing the gun before every spray tan that you apply as the different tantrick solutions have different viscosity's,

as for packing your bag try doing it all different ways until you find the way where everything fits in, hth :hug:

This is actually my first post so sorry if i get it wrong .
I done my training on Friday and havent yet had to travel to tan anyone yet but i intend to go mobile after some practice. My holdall seems to fit my gun and not much more lol. Then ive the tent to carry too. I thought about trying to find a large trolley(you know the kind the beauty therapists sometimes have) that would take all my products, towels, caps etc then put the gun in the holdall inside the trolley to keep it safe if you know what i mean lol?Does anyone know if trolleys come quite large? Thought this would also come in handy if i was doing nails at the same time as at the moment I have to carry 2 cases , my table and also a bag with my UV lamp, Couch roll and desk lamp. I never feel very ''mobile'' carrying all that lol

Only thing I can suggest for you is then not to take all of your diposable thongs and hairnets, leave a few at home in 'storage' this should free up abit of space for you...Also if you have a towel roll rather than fold!

I will keep re-arranging the bag around to get this gun in! lol

All i have for mobile tans is my holdall and my tent. Your pockets are fine. In the centre section, try putting your turbine in first, then put your gun down the side of it, finally wind your hose as small as you can and fit it around the top of the turbine. Zip up and away you go!

I also have an extension cable and a clip on light in my bag!

My hose clips on around the sides of the machine so no way to make it any smaller!! I'll keep trying :lol:

Ah this explains a lot, you have the Maximist 5008, this is twice the size of the minimist T200 that most other mobiles use,
which is why you have a lack of space in your bag,

I have the 5008 also, its the size of the bag lol. What is the best light to carry as i tried my sek lamp at home and it gives out an orangey colour if u know what i mean which makes the client look tanned already. I could do with a light a home also as my ceiling lights seem to make the client look tanned also and they arent that bright

Day light lamps/bulbs will give you a true light, hth :hug:
