Hi hope you can help with this, i am doing a bridal st tropez trial and she has told me that she has eczema and it fares up alot at this time of year, now she had a spray tan last year and her eczema came up and left her with blotchy white patches on her face and neck. Now i am really unsure as to do this and don't want her to look silly, any advice guys. Thanks

Do the trial and see what happens. If it flares up i wouldn't do it for the actual day as it wont look fantastic if it's all patchy especially if it's on the face and neck, also it could make the eczma worse, i suffer with it on my hands and it's only happened recently luckily when i do my st tropez tan i lightly mist my hands if at all and i'm ok, where as my nail products cause it to flare up and i'm in pain for about 4 days afterwards.

Hiya. If you are using the new solution, the one with aroma gaurd in, patch test first as the new perfume in it, may aggrivate her eczema. Hth x

I'm amazed she is risking having a tan for her wedding day if she knows she had a reaction last time. As others have said patch test and do a trial run, as the patch test may come out ok but when she is sprayed all over she may react. I would maybe suggest she doesn't have the tan on her face if that is the problem area as she could use make-up to look bronzed there.

I have eczema & it always flares up with fake tan, regardless of brand, and as it grabs on the dry bits it leaves me looking like I have giant liver spots! That said, I still use St Tropez on myself periodically. As said, best to test first.

Thanks guys will let you know how it goes. What would i do without you all xxxxx:lol:
