Hey all.

I feel like I'm really struggling to get a happy medium with my staff. I have been extremely unlucky this year with staff but it's prompted me to look at my management style.

Can anyone recommend some courses around the UK that specifically looks at the psychological side of managing and influencing your staff and possibly going into the sales side too?

Liz Mckeon I did a management course last year and found it really good. All round for everything. Also buy her book 30 days, it helps. You can get it on her website x
