because it will not set on its own, you have to use a u.v lamp to cure it. this means you have more time to get a correct application than you do with a traditional acrylic that sets whether you want it to or not!
Most people say this is easier to use as you don't have to work quick with it as you need the UV lamp to cure it. It is a sort of self levelling L&P so it also means you can perfect your smile lines. I just went for the normal L&P mainly because i couldn't afford the kit with the lamp.
Also i think if you perfect the self curing L&P you can then master most of them. Its personal preference really they are both good products.
