Hello

Can anyone help give me any advice on good companies for financing a business being self employed and if anyone has used loans to set up their business. I am really wanting to go self employed but need a little help. Any info would be great.

Thanks x

Unless you have property or a guarantor, chances of a loan with a decent APR or business loan is extremely low.

I went to the bank with a business plan and was approved same day, with funds in the bank next day. Scary but exciting!

Thanks Jemima I will look info this :)

Have a look at Start Up loans UK. They are government funded and aim to give entrepreneurs and new businesses the necessary start up funding.
Loans are up to five years depending how much you want to borrow.
You will need to submit a comprehensive business plan but you will be assigned a qualified local mentor to help you do this.

More info is on their website-
